Our Company Policy at Enlightened Therapies is one of free life-long Support for the ENAR (and our SCENAR Pro) devices. The Importer, Legal (ARTG) Sponsor and Distributor, is Enlightened Therapies Pty Ltd, and we recognise that your satisfaction as a device owner, therapist or user is critical to the success and acceptance of this new type of therapeutic medical modality.
In keeping with this understanding and commitment ET undertakes to supply
WARRANTY
2 years (24 months) replacement warranty (Not New for Old), after that, repairs at cost, with a loan device whilst yours is being repaired – or – After 24 months, you can buy a new replacement ENAR at half the retail purchase price.
LOAN DEVICE
If your device is faulty, during the warranty period, you will receive a replacement loan device for the time your device is away being repaired.
REPLACEMENT DEVICE
After 24 months, if your device is faulty or worn out, for an additional two years you may replace it for half the retail purchase price of the same model device.
