Company Policy at Enlightened Therapies is one of free life-long support and therapy advice for the ENAR Therapy device.
The Australian manufacturer, Importer, Legal Sponsor (ARTG 147761) and Distributor, is Enlightened Therapies Pty Ltd. We recognise that your satisfaction as a device owner, therapist or user is critical to the success and acceptance of this new type of therapeutic medical modality. ENAR DEVICE WARRANTY (2 year)
2 years (24 months) replacement warranty (Not New for Old), on ENAR devices. After that, repairs at cost, usually from $88 min up to $350, with a loan device whilst yours is being repaired – &/or – After 24 months, you can buy a new replacement ENAR at a discount depending on how long you have had your device. NB Inside the ENAR battery compartment there is an obvious security seal, and if this seal is broken, all Warranty is Void and the device is not suitable for trade-in or upgrade.
ENAR ACCESSORIES WARRANTY (1 Year)
Accessories have a limited period of usefulness and may not be so robustly built, and so ENAR accessories are Warranted only for initial build quality and initial performance, and for a maximum period of 12 months. Repair or replacement of dysfunctional accessories is at the discretion of the manufacturer. NB The ENAR accessory port is a small electrical port that may not sustain performance with any level of abuse. Place, remove and use ENAR accessory connections WITH CARE.
LOAN, REPLACEMENT AND EXTRA DEVICES
If your ENAR device is faulty, during the two-year warranty period, you will receive a replacement loan device for the time your device is away being repaired. After 24 months, if your device is faulty or worn out, for an additional two years you may replace it (but not if the security seal inside the battery compartment is broken), whereby you can buy a new replacement ENAR at a discount, depending on how long you have had your device. If you have already bought a new ENAR and would like to buy another, or more than one, then extra discount can apply. Please note your ENAR is a listed therapeutic medical device that is listed primarily for pain and related dysfunction or disability.
Your ENAR advice is not from a medical doctor and so
ANY PAINFUL PROBLEM THAT PERSISTS BEYOND A WEEK OF ENAR TREATMENTS SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER.
