Tried the pads on the mastoid bone (behind ear) but couldn't get any feeling from pads - tried 2prong attachment and can get a good buzz - does that mean pads aren't working (because would be much easier to leave pads on for treatment).

Any advice on how to treat tinnitus? How long treatments, how often, what ENAR setting? Other spots to work on - definitely get a good buzz on the mastoid, so must be doing something!

Thanks for all help, k

I don't know why you can't feel anything with the pads - behind the ear is usually pretty sensitive and not much power is required.

Some other suggestions: (I don't know if you have done the ENAR training so some of my suggestions may not make sense).

1. Increase circulation to the head - treat Collar Zone, Pirogov's Ring (daily), Little Wings (daily)

2. Treat all around the ear - focus on any sticky spots and/or sots that are hypersensitive. Also treat the hairline around the face - check for hypersensitivity.

3. Treat the sinuses. Teeth problems can also contribute to tinnitus.

4. Craniotherapy with the hairbrush

5. Treat the sternocleidomastoid muscle

6. If you can, get someone to do Three Pathways & six points on you

7. Treat the Reciprocals for the ear

Remember to focus on sticky spots and hypersensitive areas. Use a combination of 60Hz, 14Hz, 120Hz, FM. If using pads, incorporate AM with various frequencies. With pads - use on sticky spots; use one on the right of the spine and the other on the left of the spine - they don't need to be in symmetrical locations.

I hope this gives you some more ideas.
