ENAR NewsColleen received recognition for her work introducing ENAR and SCENAR into Australia and New Zealand, and for the publishing of a Chronic Pain and Disability university research ENAR trial with Enlightened Therapies P/L.
The New Zealand Charter of Health Practitioners hosted its awards in Auckland on October 11th and we are proud to announce that Colleen Keetley, who had been nominated by a number of SCENAR and ENAR practitioners in New Zealand, was one of the three finalists. Colleen was a finalist in the segment for the Advancement of Integrative and Natural Medicine. Colleen felt privileged firstly to be nominated, and then to become a finalist was a great honour. She said “It felt very satisfying to be recognized for the work of introducing ENAR and SCENAR into the West”.
Enlightened Therapies P/L under the guidance of Paul Keetley and Colleen pioneered the modern Scenar and ENAR training systems in place today including the ACHE Strategy by first working with the earlier Russian and English users of the SCENAR technology. The development of training resources continues to evolve as our experience and understanding develops and now Enlightened Therapies P/L work very closely with the Raetzel Strategy as this most recent method is proving to be much more time efficient and effective.
Paul and Colleen Keetley also recognized the need to provide solid scientific evidence to support SCENAR and ENAR’s acceptance in the west. To do this they facilitated a chronic neck pain and disability trial at Macquarie University in Sydney leading to the first published trial in the West on ENAR technology.
